Petit Biscuit’s ‘Presence’ has a Kaytranada, Snakehips & Flume feel to it

We would like you to meet French artist Petit Biscuit. They call his genre tropical house, but with his latest drop Presence we feel he proves different. We hear a little bit of Kaytranada in ‘Break up’, ‘Problems’ featuring Lido has a Snakehips touch to it and his track ‘Wake Up’ with Bipolar Sunshine is a sonically masterpiece that sounds like it’s produced by Flumé. Together with ‘Gravitation’ and Sunset lover these are our favorite tracks. Petit Biscuit (aka Mehdi Benjelloun) is a young kid (1999) that is also one half of the indie-pop duo Mount Dreams. His Moroccan/French roots are at the basis of his open-mindedness in music. We’re big fans! If you like his music too, he’s playing in Brussels at 27th of November.
