The Black Seeds released their sixth studio album ‘Fabric’ and it’s definitely a winner. Usually they’re easy to put in the box of dub/reggae, but this time their music reaches a wider audience. We’re sharing our favorite tracks and we start with ‘The Weaver’. You might even think about Daft Punk’s latest album when you listen to to this song and this is just great. They managed to create a new sound that goes beyond reggae and dub. This also counts for our second favorite track ‘ Lightning Strikes’ – a more uplifting  song that will do well in festivals. The track ‘Fabric’ is a classic dub-style song. The chanting rhythm takes you on an adventure guided by the voice of lead singer Barnaby Weir. Then we want you to listen to ‘Beleza’, because this is the song that The Black Seeds fans have been waiting for. Our final pick is ‘Lost in The Bush’ – Barnaby kicks off with the lyric ‘ I’m just trying to find my way home again’ and that’s exactly what this song is – a song you want to play hella loud when you’re driving back home from work. These are our favorite tracks but the whole album is magic. It just feels like a hit and go record that you will play more than once a day. Enjoy!
